My Summary

DBS Check
Daytime Babysitter

About Me

I am Skye. I graduated from 6th form college and am now working part-time in a nursery. I love spending time with children, in particular younger ones. I know how important it is for children to feel safe and secure in order to thrive. I love encouraging children’s imagination and creativity through play. I am DBS checked.

My Experience

I worked as a Teaching Assistant with Years One and Two at primary school, reading with the children, working with small groups and spending time in the playground. Because I enjoy being around young children, I took every opportunity to play with our neighbours’ babies and toddlers. I now work part-time in a nursery where I care for children aged 2-4. I also assist with looking after after-school club children aged 5-10.

My Qualifications

I have Functional Skills qualifications in English and Maths.
I have qualifications in Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, and Allergy/Anaphylaxis
