Hi Local Parents!
We officially opened in April 2026 and it’s been incredible welcoming so many families through our doors and starting to build real connections within the local area.
Our approach
We are passionate about children’s development in all areas and strong believers in learning through play and real-life experiences. We don’t limit children’s abilities based on age instead, we focus on who each child is as an individual and support them from there.
We build learning around children’s interests, because we believe a great early years educator can teach a child anything through play even with something as simple as a cardboard box. It’s all about connection, communication and really understanding your child.
Our team
We have an incredible, highly qualified team who take real pride in what they do. Families have even shared feedback that it feels like their child is being dropped off at a childminder due to the close, personal relationships we build.
Food & nutrition
We have an onsite chef who prepares all meals fresh on site. Our menu runs on a 3-week rolling cycle and changes seasonally.
We provide:
• A sugar-free menu
• Two hot meals a day
• Breakfast and snacks included
Partnership with parents
Parent partnership is at the heart of everything we do. We keep communication strong throughout the day using our app, so parents receive updates and don’t have to wonder how their child is getting on while they’re at work.
We also host parent events throughout the year to bring families together and build that sense of connection beyond the nursery.
Wider connections
We’re also working closely with local organisations and support centres to give children access to wider learning opportunities and experiences in the community.
It’s very important for us to support children not just within the nursery, but in the world around them.
Opening hours 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday.
7:30am and 6:30pm slots are available to book in advance.
Funding/Fees.
We offer all funded hours including funding for eligible working parents and are happy to talk you through your options. We accept 15 hours and 30 hours funding.

- Childcare from £89.00 per day
- Childcare from £48.00 per morning
- Childcare from £48.00 per afternoon
We accept 15 and 30 hour funded spaces for eligible children. If you are entitled to government funding and use a funded only space you will not be charged.
If you are not entitled to funding or require days in addition to funded hours our full day fee starts at £89 per day.
If your child is entitled to funding, please contact us with the number of days per week you require and we will provide an exact monthly fee tailored to your child’s schedule.

We moved our son to Little Lambs after a few minor(ish) issues at his previous setting and it's been such a positive change.
The communication here is great. It's really lovely that parents seem to have a genuine say. I mentioned (in a passing comment ) my son's favourite meal on the tour and it actually appeared on the autumn menu, I feel listened to.
The staff are experienced and loving and the managers know the children individually. You can tell they completely know my son as a person. I get quite a few app updates in the day which is comforting but what i I noticed in the photos especially is that they are using the things he loves to teach him.
It's just a really lovely setting. So glad we made the move. Highly recommend.

Anxious parent alert! My little one started at Little Lambs in May 2026. after being let down last minute by our original nursery. I was undecided between a childminder and a nursery but it had such a personal feel i signed up and I just want to say how impressed I am with how the team have been with my little boy. They are so attentive and welcoming it feels like I'm dropping him off with older sisters/aunties rather than staff. The managers are so lovely and attentive. They knew i was nervous so arranged extra settling in sessions ( no cost) and made sure to send plenty updates on the app they use. He has a wobble on the first 2 days of dropping him off which is expected but the staff didn’t sugar coat it and was so open and honest with me. I much preferred that than it made me feel we was working together rather than feeling helpless.
My little boy is now so happy to go in walking, singing so much, inventive and exhausted haha! he has a great realtionship with the girls there and really is learning so quickly. I'm so happy with our choice and count my blessings the first nursery didn't work out. Also to add i was given the cutest little welcome pack with tissues, a tea bag, and a poem and tons of information to read through… such a lovely touch. Funnily enough I'd walked past it so many times and never really noticed it was there. .A true hidden gem! Thank you team for taking such great care of my precious boy.
