I’m a warm, friendly and very reliable 44-year-old mum of two grown-up boys with over 15 years of hands-on experience working with children from nursery age through to A-level. I have a strong background supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly ADHD, Autism, ODD, and PDA. I’ve worked closely with families, teachers, and support staff to manage behaviour positively and effectively.
My Experience
My experience includes a specialist training role with Barnardo’s, under CAMHS, where I delivered training to education professionals on behaviour management and inclusive practices. I’m passionate about creating calm, structured environments where children feel safe and understood.
In addition to my work with children, I’m an excellent cook, a keen cleaner, and a big animal lover—I have a dog myself, so I’m very comfortable in pet-friendly households. I bring a practical, nurturing, and proactive approach to everything I do.
