Hello, I’m Emily! I’m a friendly, caring and enthusiastic childcare professional with three years of experience working in a nursery setting. During that time, I’ve supported children of different ages with their learning, development and daily routines, and I truly love watching them grow in confidence and personality.
I hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, I’m DBS checked and fully First Aid trained, so safety and wellbeing are always my top priority. I enjoy planning fun, creative and engaging activities that support children’s development while making sure they feel happy, secure and valued.
I’m organised, reliable and more than happy to help with light household tasks such as tidying, laundry and keeping play areas clean and organised. I also have a full driving licence, which means I can help with school runs, activities and days out. I’m a non-smoker as well.
I’m now looking for a lovely family where I can build a strong bond, become a trusted support, and create a positive, nurturing environment in the home.
My Experience
I have nearly three years of experience working within a nursery setting, caring for children aged 6 months to 5 years. During this time, I have supported children with a range of individual needs, including those with Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and Special Educational Needs (SEN), adapting activities and routines to ensure inclusive and supportive care.
In addition to my nursery experience, I have several years of babysitting experience, particularly during school holidays. This has strengthened my ability to plan engaging activities, maintain structure throughout the day, and ensure the home environment remains organised and well maintained.
