I am a 20 year old female who has worked in childcare for nearly three years, I enjoying helping children develop and watching them grow. During this period of time I have done my first aid, my level 3 early years educator qualification and many others such as behaviour management and SEN. I think it is important to have good communication with parents especially when it comes to their expectations/ needs, it is also important to have a good understanding of the child and their needs.
