About Me

Hi everyone! My name is Emily, and I am currently offering babysitting services alongside my work as a private nanny.

I have a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare and spent three wonderful years working in a nursery, where I gained experience caring for children of different ages and supporting their development through play, learning, and everyday routines.

I am DBS checked and have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), as well as additional training in SEN behaviours and support.

Working with children has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I love helping them learn, grow, build confidence, and most importantly, have fun in a safe and caring environment. I understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable leaving their children with someone they can trust, and I always aim to provide that reassurance.

My Experience

I have nearly three years of experience working within a nursery setting, caring for children aged 6 months to 5 years. During this time, I have supported children with a range of individual needs, including those with Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and Special Educational Needs (SEN), adapting activities and routines to ensure inclusive and supportive care.

In addition to my nursery experience, I have several years of babysitting experience, particularly during school holidays. This has strengthened my ability to plan engaging activities, maintain structure throughout the day, and ensure the home environment remains organised and well maintained.
