My Experience

I’ve always had a genuine passion for working with children, which has been a consistent part of my life from a young age. Throughout my school years, I actively sought every opportunity to gain experience with kids. For my work experience, I chose to volunteer at Embley School’s nursery, supporting children aged 1 to 5. I also spent six months volunteering for my DofE award with Girlguiding Rainbows, working with young girls in a fun and supportive environment. Following my GCSEs, I spent the summer in Chicago volunteering at a local summer camp for children up to the age of 10, which further strengthened my skills in childcare. Since 2022, I’ve been babysitting regularly and have over three years of hands-on experience with children aged 1 to 13, including children with additional needs such as autism. I’m comfortable caring for up to three children at once and pride myself on being reliable, nurturing, and fully engaged in every child’s individual needs and personality.

GCSE’s in English Language, English Literature, Mathematics, Combined Sciences, Religious Education, Fine Art, Business Studies and History with grades 7-9 (A-A*)
