I am a warm, calm, energetic and creative nanny with over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for babies, toddlers, and school-aged children across the UK and Europe. Originally from the Czech Republic and currently based in Richmond (planning to relocate with my new Live-OUT role), I bring a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and structure to every home I work in. I’ve built lasting bonds with families and children by offering consistent, developmentally appropriate care in both sole-charge and shared roles - including 24-hour and overnight care.
I have extensive experience caring for babies from as young as 9 months old. I’m confident managing routines, supporting key developmental milestones, and creating a calm and stimulating environment where little ones feel safe and loved. Whether it’s introducing solid foods, encouraging first steps, or planning engaging outdoor adventures, I tailor my approach to each child’s personality and needs.
Fluent in English, Czech, and Slovak (with basic Italian), I am also Paediatric First Aid trained and hold an Enhanced DBS check. I bring a thoughtful, professional and friendly attitude to every position, working in close partnership with parents while taking full initiative when needed.
When I’m not caring for children, I enjoy tennis, swimming, arts and crafts, cycling around London, photography, and exploring London’s many parks and cultural spots — all of which I love incorporating into the children’s daily lives.
I will be finishing my current long-term role in December 2025, and I’m now looking for another long-term/short-term, live-out position in London with a kind, communicative family where I can bring my experience and calm, supportive approach.

My Experience
I have over 9 years of hands-on childcare experience, working with families across the UK and Europe. I’ve provided both live-in and live-out care in sole-charge and shared-care settings, supporting children from 9 months to 14 years old. But mostly for babies and toddlers.
Most recently, I’ve been working with a family in Twickenham, caring for three children aged 7, 11, and 14. I've been with the family for past 6 years. My role currently includes managing school runs, homework help, play-based learning, and meal preparation. Prior to this, I spent a year in Verona, Italy, providing full day sole-charge care for a 10-month-old baby boy, supporting his developmental milestones, nap routines, meal prep, feeding, nappy change, bath-time, bed-time, daily care and over night care.
In the UK, I’ve worked with several families, including one with three children (1,6,9 old at the start) and another supporting a single mother with a 9-month-old baby. My early experience began in Prague as a long-term nanny to a baby boy (10 months) and later as a childcare assistant in a children’s centre, supporting kids aged 3–12 in group settings.
Throughout my roles, I’ve become confident in daily routines, infant care, emotional regulation, healthy meal prep, and planning enriching, age-appropriate, fun activities indoors and outdoors. I’m well-versed in caring for multiple children and adapting to each family’s unique style. :)

My rates are competitive and reflect my extensive experience, qualifications, and dedication to providing high-quality childcare. I am happy to discuss fees based on the specific requirements of the family, including hours and additional duties such as housekeeping or overnight care. :)
