I am friendly, helpful and a driven individual. I am very passionate about working with children and young people. I am very caring and enjoy working with children. I am providing babysitter/nanny services and household help.
I have experience of working with children ranging from 0-5 years old. I specifically worked in a room with children aged 1-2 years old, as well as I occasionally babysit my 1 year old cousin in which I will take her for days out. I have experience of babysitting my 7 year old cousin also.
I do have a bit of SEND experience as I have worked with several children with potential SEND needs as well as caring for my younger brother who has Autism.
My Experience
I have recently graduated from Northumbria University with a 1st class honours in Childhood and Early Years studies. I previously worked at a nursery for 2 years where I worked in the 18-24 month old room. Therefore I have experience changing nappies, interacting with parents on children’s well-being and also planning creative and engaging activities for children.
Within my degree, I had the opportunity to go on a 25 hour placement in a nursery in Gateshead. I also had the opportunity to do 1 days fieldwork in a reception class in a school in Newcastle.
Currently, I am with the agency Ripple Education.
My Qualifications
I have a first class honours in BA (Hons) Childhood and Early Years studies. I previously attended sixth form where I acquired 3 A-Levels. My secondary education includes 7 GSCES.
My Availability
I am currently available at any time. Except a couple of Saturdays during August.
