My Experience
I have several years of experience providing private tutoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Mandarin Chinese, and IT/Computer Science to students at both secondary and university levels. My background in data analytics and computational social science allows me to explain complex topics in a clear and accessible way, especially for learners who need support with logic, problem-solving, and coding.
As a Mandarin native speaker, I have successfully helped both children and adult learners improve their speaking, reading, and writing skills.
I always tailor each lesson based on individual needs, curriculum goals, and preferred learning styles. I’m especially passionate about helping students gain confidence in quantitative subjects and seeing their progress over time.

MSc in Statistics, with training in statistical modelling, programming (R, Python), and machine learning
BSc in Mathematics and Financial Mathematics
Native Mandarin Chinese speaker, with experience preparing students for HSK exams and developing conversational fluency
Proficient in using tools such as Excel, R, Python, SPSS, Tableau, and Trifacta for teaching data analytics and computing
