I come from a big, close-knit family, which naturally sparked my love for caring for others from a young age. I started working with children at just 15 and instantly knew that's where my passion lay. Over the years, I've gained extensive experience supporting children of all ages and abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This has become a key focus of my work and something I'm incredibly passionate about. In my current role, I continue to work closely with children who have SEN, supporting their development and helping them thrive in a nurturing environment. On top of my professional life, I'm also a proud mum to one amazing child, which has added even more depth and meaning to everything I do.
My Experience
Over the years, I've looked after children ranging from babies to school-aged, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). In school and nursery settings, my responsibilities included supporting learning through play and structured activities, helping with routines like feeding and toileting, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. I've also babysat for families whose children attended the nursery I used to work in for a few hours in the evening or day, building strong, trusted relationships and continuing their care at home.
