I’m 20 years old and currently work at a nursery, where I care for and support children in their daily learning and play. I’m now looking for evening and weekend babysitting opportunities.
I have plenty of hands-on experience, including my nursery work, as well as babysitting, and also helping out in primary schools.
I’m reliable, friendly, and passionate about creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for the children I care for!
My Experience
I have worked in a nursery for the past 6 months, working with children aged from 9 months to 4 years old. During my time here I have gained certificates in Food Hygiene and Safeguarding, as well as learnt all about how to support a child’s development, whilst providing them with a fun and stimulating environment!
I have previously volunteered at a local primary school in their foundation class, assisting with day to day activities and school trips. During my time here I also assisted with phonics and reading, as well as giving some small Spanish lessons to the children!
I have also previously babysat for various families, with children ranging from 5-10 years old.
My Qualifications
9 GCSEs (7x A*, 2x A) and 3 A-levels in Economics, Spanish and Mathematics (AAB).
Through working at a nursery, I have gained certificates in:
- Level 2 Food Hygiene
- Preventing and Dealing with a Child Choking
- Safeguarding Children
