About Me
I am a caring and nurturing Ofsted registered nanny with experience looking after children between the ages of 8 months and 7 years. I approach childcare in a fun and educational manner, and employ the teachings of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. The activities I encourage with the children in my care are: a balance of child-led and adult-led play, imaginative play, regular walks in the park, reading and arts and crafts. I believe these activities are beneficial for children because they will help them to explore the world around them, as well as assisting in reaching their developmental milestones.
My Experience
Temp Nanny:
- I'm currently working as a temp nanny with an agency in North London. I work with multiple families to look after children between the ages of 8 months to 7 years. My duties vary depending on the age of the children and the family's needs. This usually involves meeting and coordinating schedules with parents/carers, implementing the children’s daily care plan (including feedings, nappy changes & otherhygiene practices), indoor & outdoor play, homework help & other afterschool activities, school pickups and drop offs.
Full-Time Nanny:
- As a full-time nanny, I mainly looked after a baby girl (aged 8-14 months) from the early morning to the evening. I also helped to care for the eldest daughter (4-5 years old) before and after school, and during the holidays. My responsibilities involved carrying out daily routines including meals, naps, walks in the park etc. Cleaning up after meals and activities so the home is safe for the baby to navigate, nursing the baby when she was sick, planning sensory activities, plus indoor & outdoor play opportunities, assisting the family during a birthday party, helping with the settling in process at Nursery.
After-School Nanny:
- In my first role as a nanny, I looked after a boy (5-7 years old) after school, plus some full days and holidays when required. The parents worked hybrid jobs in London and abroad. My duties involved: after school pickups and taking him to and from after school activities, providing a light snack, baking, indoor and outdoor play, planning arts and crafts activities, helping with homework and school projects, and supervising playdates.

My Availability
I'm looking to work 20-40 hours a week between 8.30am and 6pm and I'm open to full time and part time roles. I'm not currently accepting evening or weekend work. Please feel free to message me if you would like to discuss more.
