I’m a proud mother of five children, three of whom are now adults. Childcare has always been a central part of my life—both personally and professionally. I’ve spent my career working with children in various settings, including as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school and as a nanny. My experience has given me a deep understanding of children’s individual needs, and I’m passionate about creating a supportive, nurturing environment where they can thrive i’m also happy to look after special needs child in the half term. As I have lots of experience have an autistic older child myself and also run a special-needs football team.
My Experience
I have a strong background in childcare through both professional and personal experience. I currently work as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school, where I support children of various ages, including one-to-one work tailored to individual needs. I have also previously worked as a nanny, providing care in home environments. As a parent to 5 children—including two younger ones (ages 8 and 11) and two older children with autism and ADHD—I have hands-on experience supporting a wide range of developmental and emotional needs. I’m confident working with children of all abilities and pride myself on being patient, nurturing, and adaptable.

I am DBS checked and, through my role in school, have completed a range of childcare-related courses, further strengthening my knowledge and skills
My Availability
I can help in the half terms/school holidays and happy to have any special needs children as I do have a lot of experience.
