About Me

Hello, My name is Khadija and I am currently working in a Nursery but looking into some kind of higher studies. I love working with children and it started with me helping out with my own siblings. I have 3 years experience of working with children. Something interesting about me is that I love wordsearches and enjoy jewellery painting.

My Experience

I work in a nursery and have been for 3 years. I am Level 3 Qualified and mainly work with toddlers and preschool as well as after school club children. I also have experience supporting children with additional needs using makaton and visuals such as now and next boards. I am able to plan, support and muture the development of children, meeting their milestones as well as identifying when such milestones are not achieved and when it becomes a concern. I also know how to aid in routines, build stronger bonds and safeguard children throughout the day even during sleep routines to ensure safer sleep.

My Qualifications

I have Safeguarding Level 2, Peadiatric First Aid, Allergy training and a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification.

My Availability

I am available in holidays and weekends but all are subjected availability but we can always work something out.
