About Me

Hi there! My name is Lauren and I'm in search of finding a trustworthy, warm, and attentive childminder for my daughter. We need care for her starting in March 2026, when she will be 10 months old, Monday through Friday, in the morning, afternoon, and after-school hours.

We are a Canadian expat family that doesn't have access to public funds, so affordability is a relevant factor to us as well.

We hope to find a childminder who leads with play, empathy, and exploration through example. Some structure in daily activities is a nice balance, but really more free play with toys and other children is important to us for exploration and socialisation. We would like to avoid screen-related activities in our daughter's childcare.
