My Requirements

Im probably looking for the impossible. I work 13-hour shifts as a nurse 2–3 days per week. My husband is often away for work for about one week each month, so I need reliable childcare support.

We are looking for a childminder or nanny to care for our little boy 2–3 days per week.
On weeks when my husband is home, we require standard daytime childcare hours. However, during weeks when he is away for work, we need 2–3 full days of care (up to 13 hours per day). This typically happens one week per month, though occasionally it may be longer.

Ideally, we are seeking a nanny or childminder who can provide care in our home. Our son will be nearly one year old when care begins.
