About Me

Secondary Science and Maths teacher
Current teacher in Welsh medium school, with 3 years previous experience in English medium schools.
I love teaching and tutoring, ensuring that all young people are supported and engaged in their learning. From those struggling to access learning materials, to additional learning needs and supporting those accessing Higher Education.

My Experience

Experience: taught up to A Level Biology, Medical Sciences, Mathematics with Statistics and German; and up to GCSE Chemistry, Applied Science, Welsh (first and second language).
4 years teaching experience, 8 years tutoring experience, 2 years experience as a Digital Lead in Higher Education and published scientist.
Previous training, teaching and tutoring includes working with high additional learning needs

MSci Evolutionary Biology
A Level: Biology, Mathematics with Statistics, German and Welsh

My Availability

Available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings after 4pm; and Thursday and Sunday mornings.
I usually tutor online via Google Meet or in person around Caerphilly, Cardiff or Newport area (+5 miles) for an additional £5 a session
