About Me

I’m a qualified and experienced primary teacher with a calm, caring approach and a passion for helping children thrive. I’ve recently finished work and am available for childcare and light tutoring before I move to Australia in late September. I’m reliable, engaging, and love creating fun and purposeful activities for children of all ages.

My Experience

I’ve worked across Early Years, KS1 and KS2 in UK primary schools, supporting children aged 3–11 with a wide range of learning needs. I also have hands-on experience working in nursery settings with babies and toddlers, including nappy changing, bottle feeding, and supporting routines like naps and meal times. I’m confident managing behaviour positively, supporting developmentally appropriate play, and building trusting relationships with children and families.

My Qualifications

BA (Hons) in Primary Education (with qualified teacher status)
Enhanced DBS Check
Level 1 forest school trained
Experience in Nursery Settings
Leadership and Management in the Early Years qualification

My Availability

I’m fully available now through to mid-September. I can offer:
• Weekday daytime and evening childcare
• Weekend support on request
• One-off or short-notice bookings
• Childcare for babies, toddlers, and older children
• Light tutoring or educational play if desired
