About Me
Welcome to The Bear Den, a warm and nurturing childminding service based in the heart of Pudsey. I am dedicated to providing a safe, stimulating, and homely environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. I live with my husband of 19 years and our 17 year old daughter who are both also DBS checked and our Cockapoo Charlie. We live in a quite Cul-de-sac location with an enclosed rear garden. My focus is on supporting each child’s individual development through engaging activities tailored to their interests and needs. With a strong emphasis on creating a caring and inclusive atmosphere, I aim to build strong partnerships with parents to ensure the best possible start for every child.
My Experience
I began my journey as a childminder earlier this year, and it has quickly become a role I truly enjoy. With a 17-year-old daughter of my own and two wonderful step-children, I bring years of hands-on parenting experience to my work. I understand the importance of creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel supported and confident. My home is a place where little ones can explore, learn, and grow, and I’m committed to providing reliable care that gives parents peace of mind.
