About Me
Imagine a home where the table might be covered in craft supplies, the garden becomes a bee’s hive, and the living room transforms into a farmyard — that’s us!
I’m a warm, approachable mum of two young boys (aged 3 and 1) who loves creativity, good conversation, and making the most of everyday adventures. I’m currently managing a back/hip injury, so I’m looking for a kind, reliable person who can help our days run smoothly while leading the fun.
My husband is a touring musician and is often away Friday through to Sunday and this is when we could do with help the most.
My Requirements
We’re looking for a kind, reliable, and energetic person to support our family in Cottenham, Cambridge. I have two young boys (aged 3 and 1) who love imaginative play, outdoor adventures, crafts, baking, and stories.
The Role
-Join in with imaginative and physical play (obstacle courses, pretend games, nature walks)
-Light household help related to the boys (tidying toys, wiping down tables)
-Be a calm, friendly presence when things get busy
- Sole care of the children while I am still at home but not in the room (I might be upstairs working or tidying the house etc)
- Part time Nanny
Ideal Qualities
-Experience with toddlers and preschoolers
-Comfortable being active and playful
-Patient, upbeat, and adaptable
-Creative, sporty, or musical interests are a bonus!
When We Need Help
- Flexible weekend support. My husband tours most weekends but not all.
-Possible flexible hours during weekdays (exact times to be determined, mostly
could be Fridays)
