About Me

Hello! My name is Katerina and I’m originally from Greece. I’ve been living in London for the past six years and I truly feel at home here. I’ve always had a passion for caring for others, especially children, and I love being part of their early development and learning journey.

I am a warm, patient, and responsible person who believes in gentle, respectful care. I enjoy creative activities, outdoor play, storytelling, and helping children explore the world around them in a safe and loving environment.

In my free time, I love reading, cooking, and spending time in nature. I’m also fluent in both Greek and English, and I’m always open to learning new things.

My Experience

I am a Qualified Nurse with a Master’s Degree, and I have experience working both in adult Intensive Care units and in Pediatric Clinics.

Since moving to London, I have worked in various childcare-related roles including as a Domiciliary Carer, an Early Years Teacher in a Greek Community School, and as a Maternity Nurse/Ofsted Nanny. I absolutely love working with children and supporting their development through creative play, learning, and gentle care.

My Qualifications

I hold an Ofsted Certificate, Enhanced DBS, Pediatric First Aid Certificate, Common Skills Level 2 and Safeguarding Training, and I am always willing to keep learning and improving. I am fluent in both English and Greek.

My Availability

I am available on Fridays and on Saturdays after 15:00 p.m and on Sundays.

My Fees

  • Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
  • Maternity Nursing from £25.00 per hour (gross)

My hourly rate depends on the number of children, duties required, and travel distance. I am happy to discuss and agree on a fair and reasonable rate with each family.
