About Me

My Name is Tracy Disney. I am a qualified Nursery Nurse – NNEB (Nursery Nurse Examination Board). I have also completed 2.5 years of the Early Years Foundation Degree as well as the required ‘Introduction to Childminding Practice’ Course, a statutory requirement to register with Ofsted as a childminder.
I have been a working Parent myself for the past 19 years and understand the pressures of ‘work-life’ balance. I have also spent many years supporting other working Parents. In addition, I have completed a Level 3 ‘Working with Parents’ course (Children’s Workforce Council). Childminding is a unique service which can provide great consistency and stability for your child, but equally for your needs as a Parent too. I value the importance of ‘working in partnership’ with you, and this is why I will ensure that you feel comfortable in asking questions and feel at ease with our working relationship from the outset.
We are an active family and love being outdoors. I am a single Parent & live with my 2 teenage daughters, one of whom is currently living away at university. I have played basketball for many years and represented London and Hertfordshire as well as England! I am also qualified as a Personal Trainer & have a passion for wellness. I have a small part-time business where I work with Ladies.
Our home is situated in the heart of Kings Langley, just off the High Street. I can incorporate local Pre-schools or other nurseries for drop-off and pick up in my day, where required. I can also offer collection & drop off from your home where needed.
