My Experience

I have over a decade of hands-on childcare experience through raising my four children (3 boys & 1 girl aged 5,6,8 & 16), giving me a deep understanding of children’s needs at every stage of development. Alongside being a full-time mother, I have also worked in part-time nanny roles and provided babysitting for families, caring for children from infancy through to school age. These roles have strengthened my skills in creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment, as well as building trusting relationships with both children and parents.

My Qualifications

While I do not hold formal childcare qualifications( I am in the process of obtaining ofsted) I have over ten years of hands-on experience raising my four children, as well as working in part-time nanny roles and providing babysitting for families. Through this, I have developed strong skills in child safety, behaviour management, age-appropriate learning through play, and creating nurturing, engaging environments. I am confident in organising creative and outdoor activities, preparing healthy meals, supporting emotional well-being, and adapting care to suit each child’s individual needs. I am also first-aid aware and committed to continuous learning to ensure the best care possible.

My Availability

I am available after school drop off in the mornings 9.30 and before school pick up 2.30. I can be available after school but would have to be happy for my 3 youngest children to be present at home( they are very kind and sociable children who love others company!)

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
• Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)
