About Me
I am a creative, empathetic, and kind person who is reliable and down to earth. Currently training to be an Art Psychotherapist I am looking for an afterschool nanny role, offering an informed and reflective approach to childcare as well always supporting children’s creative and imaginative minds.
My Experience
Previously worked for four families as a nanny with a range of family sizes. I have worked with children on and off for over 10 years, working as a nanny for 3 separate families as well as working with many more in a babysitting capacity. I have worked with children aged 3 to 16 and also have experience working with neurodiverse children and adults. My experience also included working one-to-one for an afterschool/summer camp for disabled children which has been incredibly rewarding and enabled me to expand my own communication skills, working with non-verbal children. I have worked an an art psychotherapist with both children and adults, working within a psychodynamic framework in both individual and group sessions.
My Qualifications
DBS. Currently studying art psychotherapy. Working with children and adults. Special needs experience.
My Availability
Monday to Friday afterschool (school pick-up to bedtime)
Saturdays and Sundays plus babysitting ad hoc
