About Me
I am an experienced Doula and mothers help providing personalised, empowering and nurturing support during and though the transition to parenthood. My approach is intuitive, compassionate & calm. I work with you and your family in the way that supports your philosophy, lifestyle and needs, providing a peaceful and organised environment and a confident and well supported you. My training in bodywork and as a Reiki healer definitely supports this calm.
I live in a small East Sussex village and have raised two boys, now 21 and 18. I love to create art, bake, dance, grow and work with herbs, all wholesome good things!
My Experience
I have been supporting families since 2012 and have experience in supporting families of multiples. I have supported over 100 births and even more families from birth through the postnatal year.
As a mothers help I have looked after a range of families with different needs and lifestyles, I am also an experienced cook, massage therapist and reiki healer. Before becoming a doula and mothers help I ran a children's arts and craft party and face painting service which comes in useful working with children. I also home schooled my children at different stages and have experience in supporting "education otherwise" families including families embracing a holistic head, heart and hands approach to childhood such as Steiner.
