My Son will be 2 in October. He is happy and healthy boy, currently enrolled in a local nursery. My husband and I both work full time and are finding it difficult to accommodate the strict sickness policy that the nursery has implemented and are seeking a suitable alternative for standard working week. We have only ever used Nurseries with our children so the use of a child minder is quite unknown to us
