Looking for a part-time nanny/babysitter to help take care of our 4 month old while I work remotely.

We are a family of three looking for a warm, experienced, and nurturing part time nanny/babysotter to care for our 4 month old baby. As first-time parents we’re looking for someone who will support our child’s development, safety, and well-being while I am at home working remotely. Please find more details about the role below.

Where: Leeds, LS10 area
Start date: Immediately
Length: Initially from now until end of December. If both parties are happy with the arrangement then the role will continue until summer 2026.

Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs- 1 PM until 5 PM or 12 PM to 4 PM (16hrs/week)

This role will involve providing attentive, high quality care for our newborn, supporting his needs while I work, including play time, changing nappies, putting down for a nap and helping to practice bottle feeding. We would like someone to be engaging with him during his wake windows that supports his development, such as tummy time, reading books, singing songs, walking him around the flat and balcony allowing him to explore and supervising independent play time. We are also looking for someone who is patient and can gently soothe and comfort our baby using safe techniques whether it is because he is fussy or needs to go down for a nap. We would like someone to maintain cleanliness of baby’s areas, including his play mat and toys. We have a parking spot in our development as well if needed.

Experience with infants is a must.
