About Me
I have been working in childcare since I was 16 first as a party host at soft play and bowling centre, then at 17 I got a job in a nursery where I’ve been ever since. For around 2 years I would work both jobs the nursery Monday to Friday then the party hosting on Sundays. I left my job as a party host to focus on my studies to get my level 3 in childcare. I am a very bubbly person and pride myself on always striving to give the children the best opportunities as well as new and exciting experiences.
My Experience
I worked for three years as a party host at a soft play and bowling centre where I hosted parties for children of all ages.
I also worked in a nursery for just over 3 years where I am currently still at. My responsibilities are to ensure the children receive the best learning opportunities whilst also ensuring they receive all the care and support and that their physical care needs are being met. I always pride myself on having close bonds with especially my key children which I have had around 20 in the last 3 years all with their own needs. I have also worked closely with the nursery SENCo as I have had multiple children on a SEN plan.
I also have experience in babysitting first caring for my cousins three children to more recently caring for a boy with SEN needs who previously attended the nursery.
