We need childcare for around 3-4 days per week while I am at work, but we really need to avoid him getting a cold. He is 9 months actual, 5 months corrected and presents as a happy thriving 5 month old. He has erbs palsy in his left arm, we are awaiting surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital, and then he'll be in a cast for 6 weeks, but we have no idea when surgery is. We believe it will be this year.
