About Me
• we have a warm, loving and supportive family environment

• I am very focused on my son’s development and would expect the same from you
• I work from home 3-4 days a week in my study
• We have 2 small dogs and are non-smokers
Role is for mid February 2026 - my son will be 14.5 months old.
My Requirements
We follow a gentle/attachment style parenting approach and it is very important to us that we hire someone who is on the same page as us. The ideal nanny is also very calm and inspires him with confidence in his own abilities. Our son is a very happy boy and we want to ensure this continues.
Sole charge of daily care and routine (feeding, naps, walks, playgroups)
• Cook healthy, fresh meals tailored to the child’s needs
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
• Daily reading, storytelling, and language development exercises
• Music, singing, creative play, and instrument engagement (bonus if skilled)
• Support developmental milestones: motor skills, speech, social skills, cognitive growth
• Maintain a clean, organised nursery, toys, and child’s laundry
• Assist with potty training and establish routines
• Take child to swimming lessons, baby groups, and other activities (valid driving license required)
• Create a weekly development plan with structured activities to support physical, cognitive, and emotional growth
• Encourage outdoor play and exploration to aid gross motor and sensory development
• Observe and track developmental progress and provide feedback

• We’d like to agree a GROSS salary which will be negotiable based on expertise. Please ensure you can tell us your gross hourly rate.
