About Me
We are a warm, respectful family based in Hampstead Garden Suburb, North London, with a little boy who will be around 15–16 months old at the start of the role. My husband and I both work full time. This role is to bridge the gap between my return to work and when my son starts nursery.
Our home has a dedicated playroom, a garden, and we are surrounded by beautiful green spaces, parks, local toddler classes and the library. We also have two very small, friendly dogs, so a nanny who is comfortable around dogs is important.
We are calm, organised, and value open communication. We are looking for someone who will become a kind, consistent and nurturing presence in our son’s life during this important stage of development.
My Requirements
We are looking for a kind, calm and experienced live-out nanny on a 6-month fixed-term basis:
• Start: Monday 2 March 2026
• End: Wednesday 2 September 2026
• Hours: 4 days per week, approx. 35 hours
The role is mainly home-based and focused on:
• Age-appropriate developmental play, reading and engagement
• Supporting daily routines (play, walks, naps, meals, changes)
• Preparing simple snacks/meals for our son
• Keeping his play areas tidy and organised
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ continuous nanny experience
• 2 most recent references that we can contact
• Confident with toddlers and early development
• Warm, calm, reliable and nurturing personality
• Up-to-date DBS and Paediatric First Aid
• Non-smoker and no perfume is essential
• Comfortable around two very small dogs
Salary
