Before becoming a Teaching Assistant, I worked as a carer, which helped me develop patience, compassion and strong communication skills. I love creating a fun, safe and caring environment where children feel happy and supported. Whether it’s helping with homework, playing games, reading stories or sticking to bedtime routines, I’m committed to making sure children are well cared for while parents have peace of mind. I hold a valid DBS check and always aim to provide dependable, high-quality care.
My Qualifications
I hold an enhanced DBS check and have an A Level in Health and Social Care. I currently work as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school, supporting children aged 4+, and previously worked as a carer, giving me experience supporting people with a range of needs. I have a good understanding of safeguarding, child development and creating a safe, caring environment where children can thrive!
My Availability
As I am a teaching assistant my availability is usually after school times in the normal term times then when it’s the holidays I am totally free for availability and would love to help out !
