About Me

I am a qualified primary school teacher with over 17 years of experience across key stage 1 & key stage 2.
I have been a private tutor for a year (since leaving the classroom) & specialise in teaching primary maths & English (phonics, reading and writing). I currently work/have worked with children from 3 years old (early years) up to 15 years old (filling in gaps of learning). I work with students who are school attendees & home educated. I will tailor the learning package to suit each individual child’s needs, ability, interests & learning style.
My ethos is to engage learners by making it fun & building confidence.

I also run story time & play sessions for 0-4 year olds and play-based reading workshops for 4-7 & 7+ year olds.

My Fees

  • Tutoring from £35.00 per hour

£35-45 per hour 1:1 tuition (depending on location)
£20 per child small group tuition (between 2-6 children)
£5 per child + 1 carer for story time & play (1 hour session)
£12 per child for play-based reading workshop (2 hour session with snack provided)
