About Me
Recently early retired Civil Servant currently looking after own grandchildren before and after school, preparing school snacks, school run and helping with after school care and school run and nursery pick up. Can cover Old Drumchapel and Bearsden area. Full clean driving licence and own car. Well respected Civil Servant of 36 years holding very high clearance level. My work ethic is second to none as is my intregity and honesty . I am 55 years old , look after my appearance, very fit and energetic and very well versed on likes and dislikes of school aged children. Knowledge of local areas surrounding Old Drumchapel , Bearsden , Milngavie and Knightswood. Happy to travel to your home and or drop off to mines which is centrally located and in a safe environment. Outright homeowner and electric car driver. I have a large home and garden very safe for children of all ages. Can do drop of at kids clubs for example sports , football, beavers/cubs, brownies etc.
My Experience
Two grown children and now with two grandchildren (5 &2). Albeit I worked as a civil servant when my own children were younger my working hours enabled me to complete school run which included my own kids and children of where I live. Currently now doing school run and after school care included homework, dinner supply healthy snacks for my grandson on Monday-tuesday as well as looking after my youngest granddaughter and droping her at nursery on the same days. Helped with my sons football team as he grew up . As a civil servant role was Project Manager so I am a very organised individual with excellent time keeping skills. Happy to undertake DBS checks
My Qualifications
Educated to Higher education level , no formal qualifications in childcare. Ex professional from the Civil Service with qualifications relating to Prince2 in Project Management and vetted to the highest clearance level in Government . Can administer basic first aid only.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.50 per hour
- Nannying from £13.50 per hour (gross)
Can cover healthy snacks, I drive an electric car so wouldn’t charge additional petrol fees. Can supply early healthy breakfast and early dinner.
