At Conscious Kids, we combine the latest research in science, therapy, coaching, and education to provide the following after-school clubs:
- SENsory Gym - a place for regulation, learning, sensory exploration, and creativity. Designed for children with special needs aged 4+
- Mindfulness Afterschool Club - a combination of mindset coaching, arts and crafts, mindfulness, in a zensory environment. Designed for children aged 4-10. We help your child build emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence, and provide a safe place for self-expression, while nurturing a healthy mindset.
