Hi, we are Rose and Ray and we are welcoming our first baby around November 2025.
We’re a loving and compassionate couple looking for a kind, reliable childminder to support us. As parents, we value warmth, patience, and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. We enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and encouraging curiosity through play. Home-cooked meals and healthy routines are an important part of our family life, and we love bringing a sense of comfort and creativity into our home.
We’re hoping to find someone who shares our values, and who will help us provide a safe, fun, and caring space for our child to grow.
My Requirements
We are looking for a warm, nurturing childminder who feels like an extension of our family and can help us provide a safe and happy environment for our baby. From September/October 2026, we’ll be seeking childcare 1–2 days per week, with the view to increase to 2–3 days per week from January 2027. We are flexible on which days, but would value settling into a regular routine once we get started.
Our ideal childminder will:
• Share our belief in learning through play, encouraging curiosity, creativity and a love of the outdoors.
• Provide healthy, vegetarian meals and snacks.
• Be enthusiastic about outings and day trips, giving our baby opportunities to explore the wider world.
• Offer a caring, home-from-home environment where our child feels safe, loved and supported.
We’d love to find someone who can build a long-term, trusting relationship with our family as our baby grows.
