I have extensive experience in childcare, beginning with babysitting during my teenage years and progressing into formal training and professional roles. While completing my Level 3 childcare qualification, I gained valuable experience through placements in a variety of settings and with different age groups. I then worked full-time in a nursery during my summer break, and upon finishing my qualification, I joined the nursery permanently. Over three years, I developed my skills and progressed to Room Leader before moving on to gain further experience in another nursery setting. Although I have since transitioned into a career in finance, my passion for childcare remains strong, and I am eager to return to the sector through part-time work.
