I largely work from home but with some periods of time away. My wife is a hospital doctor and so works abnormal hours.
My Requirements
We have a two boys and a girl - between the ages of 2 to 6. I am normally home but need help with household tasks and ensuring children have help for reading and behaviour. They are full of energy, no SEN but with three children it's difficult to give enough attention to all three of up to mischief.
If I am away for work then my wife needs someone to do pick up and maybe drop off.
