Unprofessional

Kyrsty was recommended by many people as professional and reliable person, however she doesn't reply for messages amd ignore me for several weeks. First she offered her service but later on never replied and I stayed without any childcare. I understand that everyone can have am emergency situation or something can happen but short messages such as "I will text you later" or "Sorry, I don't have any spaces" would help. We have been left in "limbo". That's why I think it is unprofessional behaviour.

I am so sorry,I can only apologise for the miscommunication, messages were only sent via messenger on Facebook and due to my account being hacked I had not recieved any messages from you so I just assumed you no longer needed childcare, I didnt have your details to search you and ask if it was something you still needed, in my defence no childcare arrangements had been finalised so to say i left you with no childcare is a little unfair i had communicated that I had a space available but we had not yet met, exchanged numbers or signed contracts.
Again please accept my apology
