We’re a loving, down-to-earth family who are really passionate about giving our little boy the best possible start in life. It’s important to us that he’s surrounded by nurturing, caring adults and kind, fun children he can grow real bonds with. He’s our first child, so we’ll be honest we’re still learning as we go, and we definitely worry! We really value good communication and would appreciate being kept in the loop throughout the day, even with small updates or messages that help us feel connected and reassured. Above all, we’re looking for someone who will care for him with warmth, patience, and genuine affection
My Requirements
We are looking for a warm, nurturing childminder with a Montessori-inspired approach for our little boy, who is currently 6 months old (he will be 1 year old when we’re looking to start in May).
What matters most to us is that he develops a genuine, loving bond with the person caring for him. We’re hoping to find someone who values independence, calm play, outdoor time, and child-led exploration.
We’re ideally looking for care to begin in May, but we would be very open to the occasional ad-hoc day or half-day before then to help him settle and to build that special connection.
