My Experience

I have gained valuable childcare experience through working in both a preschool and a school as a Teaching Assistant. In these settings, I supported children with their learning and development, helped with activities and routines, and provided encouragement and reassurance when needed. Working with children of different ages has helped me understand their individual needs and personalities, while developing my patience, communication and teamwork skills. I have also gained experience creating a safe, positive and welcoming environment where children feel comfortable, supported and encouraged to learn and grow.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification, which I achieved through an apprenticeship in a preschool setting. This gave me the opportunity to gain hands-on knowledge and understanding of early years care, child development, safeguarding and supporting children’s individual needs. I have also completed Paediatric First Aid training, giving me the knowledge and confidence to respond appropriately to first-aid situations and help keep children safe.
