Hi, my name is Libby and I’m 18 years old. I’ve been working in a preschool for over two years, and during that time I’ve really enjoyed helping children learn, grow, and have fun. I’ve completed my Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification, which has given me lots of useful skills and knowledge about working with young children. I’m passionate about childcare and really enjoy being part of children’s early years, watching them learn new things and develop their personalities
My Experience
I have experience working with children with SEN, and I love being able to support them in ways that make them feel confident and included. Outside of work, I enjoy babysitting for a family friend on weekends, which gives me even more chances to spend time with children in a relaxed, homely setting
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification, which has given me a strong understanding of child development and how to support children’s learning through play. I have also completed first aid training, giving me the skills and confidence to respond to accidents or emergencies and ensure children’s safety at all times.
My Availability
My availability is quite flexible, and I am happy to work around different schedules. I am available after school hours during the week and also have good weekend availability, which makes me reliable for both regular and occasional support.

On her first day, she presented herself as responsible and experienced, but this turned out to be completely untrue. She repeatedly gave me absurd last-minute excuses only hours before she was supposed to arrive. I had medical appointments that I was forced to cancel because she promised she would be here and simply never showed up. Last Friday, she claimed she was coming, but after being 30 minutes late with no explanation, I asked if she was on her way. She casually replied that she had forgotten. Appaling! The week before, she fabricated an illness to justify not coming. Her behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and basic respect and immaturity. I wouldn't trust my baby with her!
