My Experience
I am a dedicated and compassionate level 3 Early Years Educator with extensive experience supporting children with a broad range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. I am a current Deputy Manager at a specialist nursery. I pride myself on ensuring every child in my care is supported and receive individualised, inclusive and impactful care in a safe and nurturing environment. I enjoy creating personalised learning experiences and activities that promote each child's unique strengths while supporting their needs. I have worked in childcare for 4 years with ages 0-5 and have a passion to support children to develop to the best for their ability no matter their support needs.
I have pediatric first aid training, portage training and makaton sign language level 1 training.
My Qualifications
NCFE Cache Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator-EYE)
My Availability
I currently work Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm however if a more permanent position comes up I am willing to explore this.
