About Me

I’m passionate about giving young children the best start in life. As an experienced teacher, combined with my warmth as a nanna , I offer a nurturing, safe, and stimulating home environment where your child can thrive.
I provide a range of engaging activities to support their development, giving you peace of mind knowing your little one is cared for with knowledge, care, and enthusiasm.
We go out and about exploring, learning about creation and play sports.
There's a lovely, secure garden for your children to play and run around.
As well as participating in garden activities we'll visit the country park a short walk from the setting. We'll also visit the city farm on a regular basis.

We read everyday, enjoy music and dancing.

My Qualifications

PGCE, First Aid, Childminder certification, Safeguarding & Welfare Practice Certificate. An integral part of my childminding training included assessment, planning and how to implement the EYFS and the 7 areas of learning and development. I'm also a certified & Grief Recovery Specialist - I use the skills to help children express their emotions in a healthy way. In my previous role I undertook training in how to frame language in a positive manner.

I also hold a full DBS and a paediatric first aid qualification

My Fees

  • Childminding from £8.00 per hour

Funding I accept:
9 months old - 2 years.
2-3 years old
and
Tax free child care, childcare voucher schemes, student finance and provide receipts for The Universal Credit Childcare element.
Fees are £65 per day. Breakfast, lunch and a substantial warm tea time snack is included.
Unfortunately, there’s currently no school pick up
