About Me
Hi there, I am 26 and a mammy of 2 gorgeous babies, my oldest is 5 year old boy who’s severely autistic, non verbal, with high sensory needs. My youngest is 1 year old daughter. I have my son 50/50 with my ex wife, I have my daughter full time with my current partner. My partner works Monday to Friday as a crane driver and I work with adults with L/D I work on a 3 week rota, we are finding it very difficult at the moment to juggle work and childcare as in the mornings as he starts work just before I finish work which puts a strain on childcare.
My Requirements
I only need childcare for my 1 year old daughter.
My schedules in work are
Week 1: Saturday and Sunday
Week 2: Thursday and Friday
Week 3: Monday and Friday
And it goes back to week 1.
I’ll only need childcare for the mornings I finish work in the week day as my partner is off on Saturday and Sunday.
For example
Week 1- I need childcare for the Monday
Week 2- I need childcare for the Friday (after my Thursday shift)
Week 3- I need childcare for the Tuesday.
It does sound a bit confusing but I’m more than happy to explain better.
Sometimes my partner starts as early as 6am (takes an hour for him to travel to work so drop off will have to be at 5am) I finish work at 7am and will be to collect the baby straight away.
