My Experience

I have been qualified for 4 years with experience caring for children from 5 months - 6.5 years. I have experience with weaning, cooking for children with allergies, helping with transitions such as potty training, house moves, starting nursery and primary school. I have been responsible for all child related tasks in my previous roles such as meal planning and food shopping, laundry and cleaning bedrooms and playrooms, planning the children's social, extracurricular and educational calendars, being point of contact for schools and nurseries and managing the children's toys and wardrobes. I love to build a strong bond with the children in my care and past employers have spoken very postively about my communication and initiative. I am passionate about getting children outdoors and making sure they have downtime in their busy days, as well as cooking healthy and nutritious meals and getting them involved in the cooking where possible. I have worked as a tutor in the past and am very happy to help with schoolwork. I also love to care for infants and toddlers and help them with weaning, sleep schedules and their holistic development.

My Qualifications

Norland Diploma and BA (Hons) in Early Years Development and Learning from Norland College.
Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, DBS, Level 2 Food Hygiene.

My Availability

I am looking for a 40-55 hour role Monday - Friday, I am happy to work a shorter week too eg Monday - Thursday or similar. I am comfortable helping at all times of the day from before the school run until bedtime.

My Fees

• Nannying from £21.00 per hour (gross)
• Babysitting from £18.00 per hour

I base my fees on the Norland salary guide which can be found on their website, however for ad hoc care and babysitting I am happy to negotiate a lower fee.
