I am a Full time employed dad
My wife is also Full time employed
We are struggling to deal with work and childcare, particularly mornings and school drop off and pick up.
2 boys. 1 x Y7. 1 x Y3. Boys are happy and chilled.
My Requirements
We need a preschool support from 6.30am to manage the kids and take them to school - driver required. 6miles to primary school. If it helps, we can book preschool club, but ideally if we are buying support at home we would prefer not to do that.
This drop off may tail off quickly with the Y7 boy as he navigates high school.
We may also need pick ups and staying with the kids until we are home - which is not later than 6 typically - at 3pm on 1-3 days, but we would need to review that based on the overall cost.
