About Me
I have experience teaching children across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), as well as preparing pupils for the 11+ entrance exams. I plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to each child’s individual needs, ensuring they build strong foundations in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
My Experience
In KS1, I focus on developing early literacy and numeracy skills, using phonics-based approaches and interactive activities to build confidence and curiosity in young learners. In KS2, I support students in strengthening their subject knowledge, comprehension, and problem-solving skills, encouraging them to become more independent and resilient learners.
For 11+ preparation, I provide targeted support in English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning, and Non-Verbal Reasoning. I use a structured and supportive approach, helping students master exam techniques, manage their time effectively, and approach challenges with confidence. I regularly assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to both students and parents.
My teaching style is patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable, with a strong focus on helping each child achieve their full potential.
