Hi, my name is Joel-Ann and I’m a newly registered childminder in Hither Green.
My Experience
I have several years of experience working in the care industry, I provided compassionate and professional support to individuals in need of daily care. This role taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and creating a safe, respectful environment—skills that I now bring into my childminding practice.
As a registered childminder, I am passionate about offering a warm and nurturing space where children feel secure, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn. I have completed first aid training to ensure I am prepared to respond quickly and effectively in any situation.
Guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, enabling me to plan age-appropriate activities that support children’s physical, emotional, and educational development while fostering their curiosity and independence.
