Kellie was the first childminder we had for our then 13 month old when I was returning to work. Finding someone to look after your child felt daunting. We had seen many others and none of them quite fit. But the moment we met Kellie there was an instant connection with our little girl, who gladly allowed Kellie to hold her. That was a sign of things to come as throughout her time with Kellie they built up the most amazing bond with Kellie and her lovely family. Our daughter felt very at home at Kellie's place, she would never cry at drop offs and would even wave us off with a hug, blow kisses and try and push out the door so she can get on with all the fun Miss Kellie had planned.

Kellie is warm, kind and great with kids - she gave our daughter lots of attention and we noticed our daughter developed very well even in the few months she was there.

Kellie is very nurturing and her setting is like a toddler's disneyland. She has a playroom with lots of toys and books for children to learn through play, as well as a big garden where there are water play, a wendy house and other toys. In the first week she taught my daughter the "moo" sound using the model cow toy. She also takes the kids out on fun activities, to the park, playgroup, the farm and on one occasion they went to a fire station and got to sit in a real fire engine!

Kellie would send daily pictures to give us updates on how our little girl was doing as well as updates on what she had eaten, which we found really helpful.

I highly recommend Kellie if you're looking for a childminder. The only reason we left is that our daughter's space was always a temporary short term place as Kellie had been booked up from September with another family before we joined. Otherwise we'd still be there today!
