My Summary

My Experience

During my placement year in the paediatric neuropsychology service at Evelina London Children's Hospital, I supported young people with medical and neurodevelopmental conditions. Many of the children I worked with were identified as having intellectual disabilities or cognitive deficits affecting areas critical to learning, reasoning, and executive functioning.

I had the pleasure of collaborating closely with educational psychologists and special educational needs coordinators at Evelina Hospital School, gaining hands-on experience in understanding how cognitive challenges identified in assessments manifest into learning difficulties in the classroom. This experience familiarised me with effective methods in tailoring teaching strategies, adapting learning materials, and providing targeted support to help each student reach their full potential.

My Availability

I am currently studying for my Master's Degree in Applied Paediatric Neuropsychology at UCL, and my university timetable follows a blended learning format:
- One week full-time in-person per month, self-study, plus ad hoc workshops.
- Full availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Availability on Weekdays (Evening).
- Occasionally available on Weekdays (Mornings & Afternoons).
- Will try to be as flexible as possible.
