My Experience
I have trained as both a Birth and Postnatal Doula, supporting families through pregnancy, labour and the fourth trimester at home. My experience includes providing emotional support, evidence-based information, practical assistance, and advocacy during labour.
Postnatally, I help families adjust with newborn care, breastfeeding support, and recovery guidance. I have worked with first-time parents, families with older children, and those seeking extra reassurance after previous challenging experiences. My goal is always to create a calm, supportive environment that promotes confidence and wellbeing.
