My Requirements

I am due to return to work in April 2026 (date not yet confirmed). I work full time but a mix of home and office working in Stafford. I haven't yet worked out childcare arrangements however my mother in law is going to help us with looking after the children on her day off and will also help with picking the children up from arranged childcare. The issue is my mother in law works shifts and any childcare arrangements would need to be flexible around her shift patters. I have a schedule of her shifts which are in place for a year and do not chance so although we need flexibility, I am able to confirm her shifts for the next year. I would ideally like to make use of the 30hrs free funding with a minimum of 3 days a week for the boys to be in arranged childcare. I work from 8-4 most days but can be flexible where needed.
